Story
“We are not born in the hills of Tuscany, but freshly made in the heart of Copenhagen.”
At Hello Pasta we have homemade fresh pasta, indulgent focaccia sandwiches and creamy tiramisus on the menu.
We’re inspired by Italian cuisine, but we like to add our own little -ish to the dishes, giving them a twist. No rigid kitchen rules here—every day, the pasta is freshly made and now and then we decide on a new shape, but you can always count on our pasta being cooked al dente. Making it all very neo-classic Italian.
Whether you’re here for a quick bite, ordering take away for a cozy stay-in, or going on a cute date, our creamy pasta dishes really do
the trick.
So go ahead, Mangia!*
*Mangia" (pronounced MAHN-jah) is Italian for "eat" or "eat up!" It's an informal, friendly way to encourage someone to enjoy their food. It’s often used in Italian families or restaurants to warmly invite people to dig into their meal.

One family, two worlds of flavor
Siblings can be quite different – and the same goes for our two restaurants: Palæo and Hello Pasta. At Palæo, everything on the menu is gluten-free and completely lactose-free (unless you add cheese to your burger or milk to your coffee).
If you're looking to try something completely different from pasta, then Palæo is the place to be.
